I've had some serious blogger's block lately. Or, maybe it's just that nothing exciting is really going on right now in my life. Just regular everyday things.

Kaylie had her 8th birthday party last weekend. High School Musical, of course. She is also going to be Gabriella from High School Musical for Halloween. Alyssa is going to be a panda bear this year. Hopefully, I will remember to have charged batteries in my camera (hopefully someone else will to, I'm just sayin is all). I'm looking forward to trick-or-treating this year. It has been years since I've taken Kaylie door-to-door trick-or-treating and Alyssa has never been. We've been doing the Trunk-or-Treat type things for the last 3 years. Could there be more dashes in this paragraph?

The other morning, I was outside on my patio having a cigarette. Across the street from my complex, I could see a guy standing on the porch of this house. Just standing there. Of course, I'm watching but trying to make it look like I'm not watching. A ninja, I am. Then, he starts walking toward his car that was parked in the street and he was talking on a cell phone. Talking kinda loud. Then, the front door of the house opens and out comes his wife/girlfriend and she is ANGRY. She's throwin his shit onto the front porch, all the while calling him a fool and everything else. It was pretty entertaining. I've thought many times about throwing someone's crap onto the front porch, but never had the b.alls to do it! It was great fun to watch!

In other news...well, not shit.

Hope you have a great time on Halloween! Don't eat the suspicious candy, and don't go knocking on that particular neighbor's door. She might answer with a shotgun!

I love watching my neighbours, they make for some mighty fine entertainment!

Hope the girls enjoy Halloween, Saoirse says everyday "So it's one more sleep to Halloween right?"

I'll have a Sharpee or Gabriella here too, and maybe a ninja. Is it bad that I haven't gotten costumes yet??

I used to love trick or treating when my kids were small. Now at the ages of 23 and 21 they wont hardly let me dress them up anymore. :)

It is really cool to watch the neighbors go at it. Mine behind me used to all the time, but now they must have realized the error of their ways cause thy don't make any noise anymore. Dagnabbit!

I love to witness arguments between neighbors. Especially this one couple? They always act like they're wonderful and perfect and ugh--makes you want to gag! Seeing them fight? Makes me giggle. She's just a crotch bag.

We don't do door-to-door. We go to the mall. It's warm, it's bright, it's safe and there's Old Navy and Victoria's Secret and...

What? Halloween's not just for kids, yo! So what if I'm not getting candy--jeans or bras are to me what teeth rotting candy is to my kid ;)

We've got a Hannah Montana and a Sleeping Beauty (the "pink princess" as Emily calls her) here. We almost had a Sharpay but the costume didn't fit right.

Entertaining neighbors huh? Hey sometimes that a lot better than tv right? You have a good seat and maybe this could be your new "reality show" to watch. :)
You better remember to charge your camera batteries, I so want to see the girls dressed up. I miss those days so much and now way out here in the boonies, we don't even get trick or treaters, boo hoo!!

The neighbor watching sounds fun. Our's are pretty boring. Jeffrey decided to be a tiger this year and I'm kinda excited to take him out. It's the first time he actually knows what candy is and I think he'll kinda "get it" this year. Last year we just went and visted a few houses so that we could say we went out.
Have fun. Make sure you have batteries because I want to see picts. Jeffrey needs to see what his birthday buddy looks like for Halloween!

Hey Rachel - glad to see you are "back"! Your post was hilarious. Can't wait to see pics of the kids in their costumes. Ciara decided to be a cheerleader so I thought I would try to find a football costume for Logan (so far no luck). He may end up being a duck instead...
